I created this page using some paint stroke cut files. I know it might sound strange to make paint strokes... but I wanted to layer them and paint them different colors and use different media on it. And I must say, I love the results. On this page I used impasto acrylic paint. The Liquitex Acrylic colors I used are (in the order they appear on my page): Cadmium Yellow, Indian Yellow (mixed with a tad of red), Brilliant Yellow green, Bright Aqua Green, Transparent viridian hue (mice with some white), Light Blue Permanent and Prussian Blue Hue. I used the Canson Watercolor paper to cut out the paint strokes. You can see more details of the page on 2peas here. The cut files can be found in the iheartstudio shop.

Wilna, this is beautiful! What a brilliant idea to use the brushstroke cuts as a canvas for media on top. Love it.

Wilna, I admire you for using all these vibrant colors on a page because it would definitely be a challenge for me. I also love the theme of the page and how you represented it in a creative way.
