hello!!

from my home. Man, it's great to sleep in your own bed. Just love it! it's 10:00 in the morning and we are just waking up. I will make some coffee in a while. Two things:
I honestly did not even know there is so many hair products available! Thanks for letting me know to expand my hair-horizons! and then: WOW, those IDOLS comments are beautiful and amazing and heartfelt. I know for sure that God's dreams for us is BIG! So, why not dream big? The last while I have been thinking alot about influence and the Rick Warren video that Melisssa had on her blog. Together with that video, I am still reading "Driven by eternity" (John Bevere) and he is talking on the exact same thing! So, I am learning, learning.

I wish I could think of something witty so write now. But apart from the fact that my ear is itching, I still have a morning brain. Tell me, for today's RAK (random act of kindness) what is your favorite tools for scrapbooking? Mine are easy, I use a green cutting mat, a craft knife that's 16 years old, and a quilt ruler. That's it. I must admit I bought the crop-o-dile a while ago and I LOVE it too. But I don't punch holes so often.

A thought for today: 2 Cor 5:18-21 God has given us the task of telling everyone what he is doing. We're Christ's representatives. God uses us to persuade men and women to drop their differences and enter into God's work of making things right between them. We're speaking for Christ himself now: Become friends with God; he's already a friend with you. How? you ask. In Christ. God put the wrong on him who never did anything wrong, so we could be put right with God.

Have a great day!
love
Wilna

Hi Wilna. It is nice to sleep in. My hubby is deployed so I don't get to do that for four months, lucky you. My favorite tools for scrapbooking-hmmm I am like you I think, I use my friskars scissors and an exacto knife for every project. I guess my next favorite would have to be this ugly piercing tool that a person from my old Graphic Design job gave to me-I took over his position. I do have a lot of other tools but don't use them as regular as those 3. Have a great day.

Favorite tool? Hmm - I always reach for my sanding blocks and my paper snips!

Hi Wilna,

would love to see Edmonton if you have pictures?

My best tool is the corner rounder - for the softness it can give to the l/o.

Worst tool- a swivel craft knife with a mind of its own!

Hi Wilna,
I just love checking in with your Blog everyday. Your thoughts are so inspirational!

My favorite sb tools right now would be my MM paper trimmer, exacto knife and ink. Not that I've had much time to use them lately...!

My purple Fiskars paper trimmer, glue sticks, and my good black journaling pen are the best! Although lately I've been using my computer quite a bit.

I am going to miss the Wednesday Wilna musings so have bookmarked your blog now to keep getting my fix :)

My fave tools, well I'm not a gadget geek so it has to be the basics - trimmer, craft knife and sandpaper. Oh and does the sewing machine count? If not, then my embroidery needles.

My favorite tool is by far my needle ;) Have a wonderful day!!!

What a cute layout!

Let's see...favorite tools? I wish I could say my MM paper trimmer. But there is no straight edge so I'm not happy about that.

This is silly but I'll have to say it is my cool rub-on pen thingie. It's not wooden stick. And I so love applying rub-on's.

I always use my Fiskars paper trimmer, Hermafix tabs, and Scotch roll-on adhesives. I wish I could use a craft knive, but I completely stink at it, so I've gotta have that trimmer, lol.

Have a great week. I am especially looking forward to Friday--it is my son's 20th birthday! Great day to do a layout about my "baby"!

Such a beautiful layout and such a great post -- especially, for early morning!

My favorite tools are my corner rounder (I just had to buy another because I lost it at the CKC in Portland), my black pen from Creative Memories, and my clear ruler (don't remember who makes it or where I got it, but I love it).

I am a Fiskars girl so my favourite tools are my purple and orange paper trimmer, my soft touch scissors and I recently discovered the Tool Taxi. Whilst I don't use everything in it, it's nice to have all those bits and pieces together

Hi Wilna...great words (as always) that you share with us. How simple those words are "Become friends with God; he's already a friend with you" yet they say it all really.

Favourite tools are my camera (just today given to me as a gift from an absolutely awesome friend), Carl cutter and Birch scissors.

Hey Wilna! I'm a green cutting mat and craft knife girl too. I feel more in control when cutting and although I couldn't live without my Carl Rotary trimmer, craft knife is the way to go. Also would feel completely lost without my Zig Writers (black, brown, navy!)

My favorite tools and those I would take with me if I could only pick three would be my paper trimmer, my cutting mat, and my Exacto Knife. There are so many others, but I wouldn't get very far without those 3 staples...hmmm I like staples too!! Oh well I will stick with those 3.
