Sundays are the best. This weekend was such a home-body weekend. Jaku and I both got a whole lot of things done. He assembled the last of our IKEA buys... a lovely white chest of drawers for my scrapbook studio. Now it's filled with making memories. YUM. I just wanted to post this scripture. It was a life saver for me today. In fact, I will put it up for "word of the week" most of all for me. 2 Cor 12:9But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]; for My strength and power are made perfect (fulfilled and completed) and show themselves most effective in [your] weakness. Therefore, I will all the more gladly glory in my weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ (the Messiah) may rest (yes, may pitch a tent over and dwell) upon me!Enjoy what's left of your weekend. We are having a couples banquet at the church. The most delicious lamb pie is baking at this moment in my oven. Yum again.
