oh, what an unbelievable experience. it so totally blew my mind. as i am sitting here writing, i am stiff and i know that i got some excersise yesterday, but it was ONLY fun on the slopes of Wapeti. I CAN SKI!!!!!!! i am sooo proud of myself. we paid for a lesson and Sylvia went with us. this was her 4th time and she was the star of the class. Jaco and I were slower in learning. but the moment i put the ski's on i knew that i can do this. so, i only went down the mickey mouse slope (which is not so very mickey mouse). you take the ski lift up and it rises about 92m. then you ski down for about 1km. its GREAT. i couldnt believe how fast one goes. i fell about 5 times. jaco fell about 50 times. but he has no FEAR for speed!!! so he chareges down the mountain and breaks with his body. thats why he skied with the bellaclava. so no one knows who the guy is that owns a piece of wapeti. herewith some pictures. oh, and TIA is a total natural. she is amazing and almost cried when we said its time to go. It's me again. Have you figured out who I am? Is there really that much snow in Saskatchewan? I could have so much fun with this, but I'd feel guilty if you thought I was someone wierd and that you didn't know me. Well set your mind at ease, you do.
