i am reminded to be thankful. it's so beautiful outside. and inside it's nice and warm and cosy. i bought some MBI 3 ringbinder albums today. i have to start somewhere to put my pages into albums again. at the moment it's just in a box. lots and lots of pages without a home. so that's what i am doing today. and todays card is from ANJA. thank you SO much Anja, i totally adore this card. i know we all go through times. so today i want to comfort, cheer and encourage you that when the LIE comes and tell you that you are worthless, that your family would be better of without you, that your life don't matter... i want you to know THIS: Joh 10:10 (Amplified) says The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I (Jesus) came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).
The word abundance in the greek (here comes a little word study) is περισσός

meaning (in the sense of beyond); superabundant (in quantity) or superior (in quality); by implication excessive; adverb (with G1537) violently; neuter (as noun) preeminence: - exceeding abundantly above, more abundantly, advantage, exceedingly, very highly, beyond measure, more, superfluous, vehement [-ly].
so, when the LIE comes remember these words: Joh 14:27 Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. i love the Amplified Bible. i have a friend in South Africa that have never even heard of it till she met me and i shared some scrapbook pages where i used the amplified translation. but the thing is, she could never remember "amplified". so one day when i saw her again, she said to me that she bought herself a LOUDSPEAKER Bible. and for those who wonders about this translation, it's a copy of the New King James, but with the actual meaning in greek and hebrew in brackets. Joyce Meyer have a Amplified study bible coming out next month. i hope to get one for christmas. that's why i love this Bible: it speaks loud and clear!!
oh and the scripture i post here, (no, i don't type it out) comes from e-Sword. you can download it for free. i bought the Amplified bible from them for a few dollars. all the other translations are free. it's amazing as you get some concordances with it too. (like strongs) that's why Lisa said one time i am her Amplified instant messanger. YAY! i love that.
