Happy weekend!!

This is a letter that I wrote to my friends and family in South Africa! If you can read and understand Afrikaans, it's for you too!! I used the ScrapFan June kit to do it. Love the kit! It's totally beautiful!
Today all my scrapbook work is done! I thought that I would have a breather but then I got an email from Making Memories with a whole list of stuff I will be doing for their blog. I am so excited about that as I love the MM Blog!

Just a few things:
* Melissa asked about the mosaik. I got the link from Ali's blog. HERE.
* Leslie Rehm!!! Please email me your addie. Your fabulous MM RAK is still sitting in my totally over crowed scrapbook room!
* Louise!!!!! I need to get in touch with you. Please email me!!!
* I am having lunch with Keli today. A dear scrapbbok friend!! YAY!!

This weekend is the girls' dance Performance in the E. A Rawlingson center for the arts. This is a marathon weekend in that they are dancing saturday afternoon and evening and Sunday
afternoon and evening. Peeewwwhhh! But then dance is done for the year.

The thought for today is one that I need to remind myself of often:
Col 3: 12Clothe yourselves therefore, as God's own chosen ones (His own picked representatives), [who are] purified and holy and well-beloved [by God Himself, by putting on behavior marked by] tenderhearted pity and mercy, kind feeling, a lowly opinion of yourselves, gentle ways, [and] patience [which is tireless and long-suffering, and has the power to endure whatever comes, with good temper].

Blessing and love
Wilna

Ek gaan nou jou nuwe bladsy lees!
die maande gaan baie vinnig verby...

we are currently being humbled (two injured legs, one per adult,) in our family. But I must say I love it when hindsight shows us why? In the meantime we just trust our Father's leading.

wish we could meet at the expo
all the best for the young dancers too!

loving your thought for the day -fits with a chapter in the power of a praying woman book I read last night - about holiness & purity!

I can't read it, but it is beautiful and that transends my language limitations! Seriously, awesome art (and heart) as always. Thanks for sharing, Wilna!

It was suggested to me by my wife - Cathy - to go into your blog because she says it is the best Blog she has ever opened ! She is busy cooking up a delicious kerrie en rys and telling me that she has reserved a place for herself and her friend Jenny at your Jo'berg scrap booking expo in September. I must admit, your blog is really good ! - Kerry
