Just for you

.

Matt 11: 28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.] 29Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls. 30For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good--not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.

Wilna, I started reading your blog because I loved your personality. Now also I find myself coming back to see which Bible passage I will find posted each day! I am not a huge Bible reader on my own; I just never think to pick it up. But it is amazing how wonderful the words sound sometimes, how personal the message can be. Thanks for continuing to share The Word.

Thanks for that message. It reminds us just how easy it is, "come and I will give you rest". So simple and reassuring. Have a great day

Greetings, Wilna! Just wanted to let you know the postcard from Vancouver, Canada arrived in the mail a few days ago. I was too busy to enjoy it that day, but it will be going in a scrapbook soon. Thanks so much! I had to explain to my dh who it was from. He totally understands my scrapbook obsession and enjoys looking at the fruits of my labor.
