That's what this weekend was all about. We had a wonderful time with Josias' family and I am just convinced once again that time and distance do not alter friendships. It was a wonderful weekend. In 2 days we are off to the lowveld where we will spend a week and visit with all our best friends here. My heart is a little overwhelmed (if I can be honest) for all the calls and text messages that I have received from all our friends here... they are just as eager as I am to get together and sit around a bushveld fire and talk the night away. Tomorrow we have to apply for a visa for Josias so that he can visit the world cup later this year. So that's going to be a day spend in Johannesburg which is WAY too busy for me.
A thought for today is... Psalm 37... Trust in the Lord and do good. Dwell in the land and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desire and secret petition of your heart.
