Officially: HAPPY new year!

Today was a low key day. I am still in the process of getting better... my appetite is still visiting another part of the globe. Which is not necessarily a bad thing. I did some home de-cluttering and that always makes me feel better. Please accept my best wishes for you and your family for the new year. I pray that this year will be the best year of your life. Jer 29:11 says I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.

HOPEFULLY I will post my page tomorrow. It's almost finished, I just need to finish my journaling. I must say this last week I have been creative and I have been making some really cool scrapbook pages. It's a GREAT feeling.

I love your new mantra.....amplify makes me think of this
"O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together." ( Ps. 34:3)

Hi Wilna,
You are such an inspiration! Hope you're feeling better...said a prayer for you today!

A friend of mine (and an awesome Christian videographer) sent this as New Year fodder to think on. I believe I'll adopt it as my "New Year "Code to Live By" (it's a little long, but well worth the read)

Hope you continue to mend - sometimes being made to slow down is a good thing. Had to comment on your words, as that is the dircetion I was headed with mine. Simple and focused. Major declutter & organize planned for these next few months, cut down on committments but more committment to those I keep, more family time, carried through even to health (simple foods, focus on the taste without making a big deal on the 'healthy' part to my family!)

Now, to simplfy enough to work in the decluttering, life as scheduled and scrapping LOL! (Obviously this will be a learning process!)
