Quiet morning.

This page here is one that HENK send me for the 2008 challenge. I love Henk. Knowing him makes me cool. He and his fabulous wife Monika have been friends of Jaku and mine for years and years. And then he emails me out of the blue with a few fabulous pages! And among them this page. I mean, how incredible cool is that? I so wish he would open an online gallery (on scrap in style- winkwink) and then he can be my protege. Snort. (as if he need it). Thanks Henk. And now you are probably going to KILL me for doing this. Cause he is not into stuff like this, he is just the cool of cool. I am telling you.

so, now that you know how cool I am, (because of my friends) I just want to mention how awesome morning I am having. I have been putting together a playlist of my favorite love songs for the Valentine blog and it's been so amazing... taking me back years and years of favorites. I am really traveling back in time. Remembering our favorite songs from 16 years ago. Stuff that I have even forgotten. It makes me love him more. Don't you want to let me know what is your favorite love song? Just leave me a comment.
It's snowing outside. And tomorrow we are going to IKEA in Edmonton. Jumping up and down. I got a wide format printer and now I need a table for it. I know, excuses, excuses. Any excuse going to IKEA is good enough for me. Thank you. Amen.

Then I have on my heart to write this to someone who desperately needs to hear it today: You have been saying in your heart that God is not interested in you. That God has given up on you. That God has been overlooking you. well, I have good news for you. Psalm 11 says 7 God's business is putting things right; he loves getting the lines straight, Setting us straight. Once we're standing tall, we can look him straight in the eye. and Psalm 36 says 5-6 God's love is meteoric, his loyalty astronomic, His purpose titanic, his verdicts oceanic. Yet in his largeness
nothing gets lost; Not a man, not a mouse, slips through the cracks. God is waiting for you to say yes to him. To grasp His out stretched hand. To just love Him again just for who He is... and not for what He can do for you. Be encouraged. I hope that this brings you hope.

Love
Wilna

Hi Wilna! WAY COOL page from Henk...wow. I LOVE his freestyle layout!

My favorite love songs have to do with God's love not mine for my hubby...but I think God's love is the true model, yes? The songs are: The Love of God by Rich Mullins and Love Song by Third Day. Both fab. Both bring tears to my eyes...both remind me that Love is unconditional and unending!

Hoo Boy!

Henk is an artist that needs to show off his work!
How about a scholarship, to your valentine class, so we can see the other side of valentines day???

Fave love song?
"She" in Nottinghill / "One" by U2 / "Beautiful" / "God loves me, just the way I am" Hillsong kids/ "'O Holy Night" by Josh, etc. etc.

(Pardon the lack of artists' names, it's my weak point).
Now I'm off to the LURVE blog...
