Still being nostalgic...

with a song like this... who can help it? It freezing cold outside... -40 degrees. But the house smells like home cooking - I am making real comfort food: chicken stew in the oven. YUM. Today I feel like a mom who got an A+ in being-mom. I took my kids to the dentist and between the 3 of them, there is just one (still budding) cavity (Jana's). We got compliments all around for the condition of their teeth. Sigh of relief for me. The constant talking about brushing and flossing is paying off. Even my husband was relieved!! He got me yellow daffodils yesterday and they are pretty and sunny and they makes me happy.




Tomorrow is the VERY LAST day for the Valentine class registrations. The blog is beautiful. The music inspirational (and LOVEly) and let me tell you... the projects are stunning and super cute. Your family, friends and loved ones will be totally surprised with all the creative love they are going to get. It's so much better to give than to receive!
I also painted some more watercolors to download and I even designed some stamps. (Yep. I did it all by myself) So you will get ALOT for taking this class. There. It will be the last time that I will promote the class so I might as well do it properly. (smiles)

A thought for today: Psalm 30: 11-12 You did it: you changed wild lament into whirling dance; You ripped off my black mourning band and decked me with wildflowers. I'm about to burst with song; I can't keep quiet about you. God, my God, I can't thank you enough.
