MMM...

yes... mmm stands for Making Memories Monday! Hello! Today I want to show you the coolest little gift for someone special... I bought this little tumbler from starbucks and took out the paper in the middle. Then, using some Making Memories paper, I made a new inside. I then scanned the "page" and printed it out on photo paper and inserted it into the tumbler... perfect for a gift! This one I made for my friend Maryna who is having her birthday in August. shhh! don't tell her!

The background paper is Road Sign Die-Cut, the paper I used on top of that is Ledger teal. The little letter stickers are called Tiny alphas. I used some autumn leaves acrylic stamps and watercolor to give the edges that brownish look. The transparent (red) sticker is also from the passport collection... called pebble stickers. The starbucks coffee metal thing is a cap from a store bought frappachino.

the end result? Look at my mug!

I made another project for Maryna, so check back next week Monday! Then I want to link you to a few inspirations... THIS page is probably one of the most amazing pages I have ever seen. I would even consider buying it and framing it. mmm, what a cool idea!
Donna lost 46 pounds and she looks fantastic. What an inspiration... her art is not too shabby either...
This is the author I am reading now... I might write more about this on my blog in the time to come... I am just still praying for guidance. BUT have a look at this interview... and if you want to know more, search Joel Rosenberg on youtube and watch his Glenn Beck interviews. WOW. I have been emerging myself into news from the middle east and I must say, for the first time in my life I can read the news and actually know what they are talking about. Google and Wikipedia is wonderful tools! One thing that I know for sure... Jesus is coming sooner than we think!
Maranatha!

I *love*love*love* your mug!!! You are so talented!

And I really ought to finish my project from Scraps ETC weekend........I adore the project, but keep waiting to have a full day to work on it. Alas, I don't think I'll get that, so I should just get busy. :)

Wilna,
If you love Joel Rosenberg you will also love Perry Stone ministries who does Hebrew & historical prophetic teachings from the Word. It well give you more biblical layers to the Middle East. You can watch them at www.Christian.tv and click on the Perry Stone/Manna-fest channel.
Really interesting. I play them many times to let it all soak in.
Enjoy!
