right now...

i am having such a thankful moment. Sitting at my desk in our beautiful school room. the girls are working. I am helping Tia out with a bit of beginner algebra (which i looooove) and Kirstin with long division. I just read words to Kirstin for her spell test. Jana is making little witty quirks all the time. We laugh. Mac is laying with his head on the windowsill defending his territory. I love the slow change of the season. the weather this time of year is perfect for me.  Yesterday i had  toffee mocha latte at Starbucks which is part of the fall drinks. love.

Thanks for everyone participating in the RAK. I am really really happy that there are still people reading my blog. thank you. The winner is Monica who posted at 3:29pm. Please email me your mailing address and i will mail out the box to you asap.

If you want to see more pictures of our clinic, click here! Those paper mache animal trophies we bought at Anthropology. The canvas in the doctor's office was ordered from posterjack.ca. (and all the other posters)

I hope you all have a wonderful day and weekend.  Let's all be thankful. Remember not to complain about the things you tolerate.

What a wonderful service you are providing to your community with the walk in clinic. It takes a true sense of vocation and courage to break out of the mold which I am sure is not easy. (Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
) God will certainly honor the medical team's sacrifice.
