The Studio Calico gallery for August is up and i love seeing what all the designers did with this month's kit. Here's a link to my guest gallery.
Then: I was asked to be part of a quarterly "Tips and Tricks" column on the Studio Calico Blog, and this month is the first installment. Here's the page:
The tutorial is a PDF download (which you can download on the SC blog) and I am showing this cool way to stamp with modeling paste. I used the main kit, Summer of 69 for most of the layout and the Five&Dime add-on kit's awesome stamp to create this effect. And here is a heART blog bonus: A link to where you can download the Silhouette Cameo cut file for the Title: "This is where i want to be". CLICK HERE for the cut file.
ALl the kits are beautiful (as always) and it felt like Christmas when they arrived at my doorstep. Creating with them was even better. Just a head's up, if you are not a subscriber to the kits and want some of them, run and click to grab it. They really sell out super super quickly. Below, find the links and little previews of this month's kits.

So very pretty - and the little circles on the tag is a great idea.

Love the LO and love the woodgrain paper.
Lovely! The confetti tag is such a fun touch of colour, and I love the little bit of colour and texture you added to the doily by misting. :love this page:
