I value you...

and your opinion! I would love to ask you a question or two! If you took a scrapbook class... what would you most like to be doing? a double page or a mini album?

Then you have to check this video out... I was SO PROUD! Click on video. GO Ali!

Please let me know... I 've got to get working!
Love and lots of kisses today!

I think mini album. I'm on a budget and before I spend I ask myself - would you rather have this than product? With a mini album I think you feel like you're getting more AND you have a completed project. I LOVE yours by the way! Love the paint - SO want to do that!

Ooo neat...I couldn't click the video but did read the article...that's cool :D

I honestly don't know what I would choose if I was scrapbooking...I think I would lean towards the mini album myself since it would have many more ideas and concepts than just a single page (or at least I think it would haha).

Have a most awesome day!

That is a hard one....I love mini books but I am having a hard time actually completing them.....I think I am more likely to complete the double page layout.

mini album. I LOVE that layout though. Gorgeous eye candy for the morning. Thanks!

The feedback from ladies from previous conventions Wilna for SA is a very NB double page layout - the ladies have been stuffed with mini albums! I love both so for me it would not be an issue but just to let you know if it is for that purpose go for a double page layout. Love your layout! Have a brill day - still hectic with Bundu weekend plans!!!!! Stress Less!!!!???? Me

Hi Wilna

I have to agree with the mad aunt. We in SA are reeeaalllyy tired of mini albums. It would be great to get a double page layout complete for once. The girls want to learn new TECHNIQUES!!!!!! The whole idea of going is to learn something new and interesting. I am not going but I thought I would give my two cents worth.

Thanks
Ana

Hi Wilna,

Sorry to contradict the ladies before me, but I have to say mini-album. (loved your flower one!!) At the convention in the past, I always felt that I got more out of the mini album classes than page spreads. ANYWAY- it doesn't really matter, cos if you're doing it, it will be great.

Have a lovely weekend, Love Adele.

Being tight on budget and short on time I would say a mini album (if your going to get it done at the class). It's difficult to carve out time in a busy mom's schedule but if she's out attending a class and can get a full album complete it's a real good thing. If the time slot allows only for teaching a few techniques and the rest is up to each student to complete later then go for the double page. Going home with a {finished} project is what matters most. I so wish I could come take a class with you as the leader! Wow - what fun. I'd be making the trip to Africa if I could.

i would have to say double page spread...harder to get mini-album completed and i think there are only so many mini-albums you can have??? Obviously i am in the minority...love your work though!! Gorgeous as always!!

Hi Wilna

I have to agree. We in SA have had enough of mini albums. Don't get me wrong. They have a place and are fun to make, but it would be great to do a double page layout for a change again at the convention.

I am sorry, but I dont agree with the other SA ladies. I think a mini book with cool and new techniques would be great. But it must be something you finish - we always seem to walk away from these things with half finished projects that never get done. I think a lot of SA would agree.... looking so forward to seeing you!!!

Would love a layout, but especially focussing on design principles (as seen by Wilna.)
I think that's a big reason your pages LEAP out of the galleries!!!

can't wait to see you on the red soil of home, just wondering if an amateur like me can go??
LOL

Love your work Wilna - and I was happy to see your Mom layout in March's CK. I think if I were to take a class it would a minibook class. Hope you have a wonderful day! Kim

We have had a number of US celebrities teaching classes in NZ and they're all mini albums that never get finished. Most of us are sick of them, so personally I won't pay again to go to a mini album class. Double or single l/o for me
