This week...

1. I am saying good bye to my mom and dad who is going back to South Africa.
2. Packing my bags to fly to Salt Lake City Tuesday to Thursday to visit Making Memories, in preparation for some exciting things for 2010.
3. The winner for the ADORNit blog hop is: (please email me wilna71 at yahoo dot ca.)

4. Kayla Aimee and my Christmas class is open and the lessons are up. The class is a-buzz with excitement. If you want to be inspired for Christmas, go and register. It will be the best thing to do for yourself!
5. Jaco will be mom and dad to the kids. Say a prayer for him! ; )
6. I got a magic Mouse for my iMac. All I can say: it's magic!

I will blog again later this week. And tell you about everyone i met and all I did.
Leave me a comment and I will give away a Making Memories kit with an adorable project that you can make.

Psalm 19: God's reputation is twenty-four-carat gold, with a lifetime guarantee. The decisions of God are accurate down to the nth degree. God's Word is better than a diamond, better than a diamond set between emeralds. You'll like it better than strawberries in spring, better than red, ripe strawberries.

While I first came to your blog for more scrapbooking inspiration, I must admit that I continue coming back for the spiritual inspiration. What a blessing to be able to combine two of my loves...the Lord and scrapping!

It's sad to say goodbye, (to your parents) but remember it is "just till you see them again".

Yippee Making Memories are one of my faves, can't wait to see what they have in store for 2010.
Enjoy the journey.

Emjoy your trip. Which translation do you use? I love the down to earth ways the verses are written.

Can't wait to hear every single detail of your visit to MM!! They (and you of course) never cease to amaze us.
Be thankful that The Doc can and is able to be mom and dad. He'll do so well! Your parents are coming back to a warm and sunny SA! Wish you could join them.....

Hi Wilna,
Thank you for your inspirational blog! I love it and visit often now that I have found it. My parents left to go back to SA recently too (I am in Australia) and its a hard time, so I hope having your MM trip to look forward to helps you to feel better. Its always so quiet and lonely when they go isnt it? Despite the kid noise.

HI! I saw your Starbucks Cup on Ali Edwards site. I thought it was GREAT and am making one for my friend for Christmas.

I'm having some trouble saving the Watercolor template. I am using a MAc and have Photoshop. I tried to save the files to a CD and take it to a print shop but it didn't work. Could you give me any other advice to save and print the templates?

Thanks a bunch!

Angie

ps - Have a great trip!
