Sending you some flowers...

Today. Just for you. yesterday I bought these beautiful daffodils in a pot for my (now organised) scrapbook room. I love them and will look after them so they keep on blooming for a long time! The fact that flowers bloom and dies reminds me... I am reading this book by John Bevere called Driven by eternity. And then I realize how SHORT the time is we spend on earth. And how important it is that we make the most important decision of our lives here. and now. Because we can never go back and say... ummmm just give me another chance. James 4: 14 says our lives are but a wisp of vapor (a puff of smoke, a mist) that is visible for a little while and then disappears [into thin air]. Someone once said that we live on earth only to prepare us for life ever after. I can really recommend this book. Every Christian should read it! On the John Bevere site is some awesome downloads that was just *THE* best to listen to. I love his energy and his revelation of God's word.

My husband is at home today... and while that's not all bad, it's not all good either! He always seems to find things much more important things for me to do than scrapbooking! Awww, I don't really mind. He calls is "recreational companionship"! I call it love!

Till tomorrow!
Love and a kiss
Wilna

Hi Wilna! I love that your love for God shines so vibrantly. Much, much more beautiful than your more-than-gorgeous flowers! :) I emailed you a little while back about trying to get published and I just wanted you to know that I got my very first offer to be published in a book! I'm excited! Anyways, have a wonderful day...

Hidi,
i told you yesterday everyday brings me back to Isaia 43, guess what, tonight when Bouts and i sat with the kids to do family quiet time, he red from Isaih 43!! from you post i would like to share this verse: verse 1
but now, (in spite of past judgments for Israel's sins) thus says the Lord, He Who created you, O Jacob and He Who formed you, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed you (ransomed you by paying a price instead of leaving you captives) I have called you by your name, you are Mine!

amazing Word of God!!
love and miss you still

Thanks for the flowers (heh-heh)! Seriously, though, congratulations on the cleanup of your scrap space -- I've been working on mine, too. (How does it get this way? Oh yeah, because we live here!) Have a great one, Wilna!

Oh! Oh! sounds like you owe yourself big bucks for cleaning your scrappin' spot. Must be time to go shopping for more "stuff" giggles and laughs.... Question: what version of the Bible are you using in your blog? tks
